1. Determine your bracelet length

PANDORA offers bracelets in sizes 6.1", 6.7", 7.1", 7.5", 7.9", 8.3", and 9.1". How do you know which size fits you?

To determine your best fit bracelet, measure your wrist at its largest point with a measuring tape. Then add 3⁄4"-1" to your measurement. This additional length will allow room for the charms you will add. You can also visit our shop to try on different bracelet lengths.

A good rule of thumb is that you should be able to put a finger between your wrist and the bracelet.

2. Pick your bracelet

The strength of the PANDORA bracelet is it’s unique patented threaded system. Each bracelet is divided into three sections by small threads.

The threads allow you to screw individual charms onto any bracelet segment in any order you desire. The charms move freely and rotate slightly with the movement of your wrist.

PANDORA Jewelry makes bracelets and necklaces in sterling silver, 14k gold/sterling silver, and 14k gold. Most bracelets feature a PANDORA Snap clasp in sterling silver or 14k gold. The sterling silver with PANDORA Snap clasp is our most popular bracelet style.

3. Choose your charms

PANDORA features sterling silver, 14k gold/sterling silver, 14k gold, and Murano glass charms with and without gemstones.

Choose your charms. Then distribute them among the three sections of the bracelet with two clips. The clips hide the threads, and they keep your charms from shifting among the sections of your bracelet. To close the clips, simply pinch the sides together. To open them up again, slide one fingernail into the side corner of the crease.

Add as many charms as you desire. You can fill your bracelet immediately or collect charms over time. You may even prefer to wear your charms on more than one bracelet at once. The choice is yours.

How do I care for PANDORA Jewelry?

For cleaning, simply use lukewarm soapy water. Use a soft tooth brush to scrub the jewelry and then rinse it with clean water. To remove caked-on dirt, let it soak for 10 minutes in lukewarm soapy water, gently brush it clean and then rinse it with clean water.

For a shinier surface, you can consult with Precious Accents for an in-store cleaning. Alternatively, you can polish your jewelry with a special polishing cloth which contains a cleaning solution, available at Precious Accents.

WARNING - DO NOT EXPOSE PANDORA TO CHEMICALS. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your PANDORA product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas.

How do I identify authentic PANDORA jewelry?

Please note that legitimate PANDORA dealers carry only authentic PANDORA products. You can always identify authentic PANDORA products by their stamping of "ALE 925" or "ALE 585" for silver and gold items, respectively.

What is PANDORA's Limited Warranty?

PANDORA’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

Warranty Coverage

PANDORA warrants all non-watch products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. PANDORA warrants watches for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of original retail purchase. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, PANDORA will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at PANDORA’s expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. PANDORA shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to PANDORA. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes PANDORA’s property.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by PANDORA. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-PANDORA products. The crystal, crown, strap and bracelet are excluded from the warranty for watches. Use of batteries other than PANDORA recommended batteries in watches may cause damage. Using non-PANDORA beads can damage PANDORA bracelets. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your PANDORA product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your PANDORA product.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDORA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF PANDORA CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PANDORA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO PANDORA RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not affect such rights.
