When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your item ships the delivery date will depend upon the delivery time of the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Our US delivery methods and their associated delivery times are as follows:
Please note that we are not responsible for delays beyond our control due to severe weather, natural disasters, etc.
Also note that delivery times on orders shipping outside of the US cannot be guaranteed for a specific date (regardless of shipping method) due to factors outside of our control including (but not limited to) local customs, severe weather, natural disasters, etc.

*Free Ground shipments can take from 4 to 10 business days for delivery although most shipments arrive sooner than this estimate. If you must have delivery by a specific date then we recommend one of the other options above. Otherwise, keep in mind your proximity to our location - New Jersey - and plan accordingly. Delivery times will vary from as few as 4 business days (to the East coast) to as many as 10 business days (to the West coast).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with exclusions:
Pandora Jewelry items cannot ship to locations outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
Thomas Sabo items cannot ship to locations outside of the United States.
International orders can be placed through our standard checkout process. We ship to over 200 countries, each with its own import rules, regulations, and tariffs. While most orders clear customs without any additional charges, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any fees imposed by the receiving country. Our rates are as follows:

Orders placed via Standard international shipping are delivered in 7-14 Business Days. Orders placed via Expedited international shipping (where available) are delivered with 6-10 Business Days.
While most international orders are delivered within 8-10 business days, orders can be delayed by local customs. In this event, please contact the customs division of your local post office.
Our prices are shown in US Dollars. Your credit card company (or paypal) will perform the conversion to your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, and we make it very easy for you to do so with our Online Order Tracking Utility. You will need both your order number and billing e-mail address in order to access your tracking number.
Please note that tracking numbers are generally available the following morning after an order ships. Also, note that tracking information for most ground shipments is limited to date shipped and date delivered.
Do you provide gift wrap/packaging?
Yes. Our gift set includes a pillow box, lamé pouch and bow. If you are sending a gift, we will insert your items into the box and add your gift message (in most cases*).
*If your gift contains Rembrandt Charms shipping via 2nd Day or Overnight then your gift packaging and gift message will be included; however, we will not insert your items into the gift packaging.
Is your online ordering system secure?
Yes. We use the most powerful encryption technology commercially available today (256-bit SSL) to ensure the safety of your confidential information.
When an SSL handshake occurs between a client and server, a level of encryption is determined by the Web browser, the client computer operating system, and the SSL Certificate. Strong encryption, at 128 bits, can calculate 288 times as many combinations as 40-bit encryption. That’s over a trillion times a trillion times stronger. At current computing speeds, a hacker with the time, tools, and motivation to attack using brute force would require a trillion years to break into a session protected by an SGC-enabled certificate.
Furthermore, only SSL Certificates with Extended Validation (EV) will trigger high security Web browsers to display a green address bar with the name of the organization that owns the SSL Certificate and the name of the Certificate Authority that issued it. The green bar shows site visitors that the transaction is encrypted and the organization has been authenticated according to the most rigorous industry standard.

What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments directly through our online interface.

Do you engrave?
Yes. For your convenience, we have provided an engraving instructions field on the order details page of any engravable item.
The cost for engraving is $6.50 for up to 15 characters and $.75 for each additional character (may be charged separately). We offer FREE engraving (up to 15 characters) on any charm over $100.00.
Please note that because not all items have the space for a lot of words, we recommend that you keep it as short and simple as possible. Of course, we will contact you if there is a problem.
NOTE: When BLOCK lettering is ordered, all the letters will be capitalized. When Script lettering is ordered, all letters will be engraved EXACTLY as entered. Also, note that engraving is CENTERED where applicable, unless otherwise specified.
Please note: Engraved items are not returnable.
What's a Lobster Clasp?
Jump Rings and Lobster Clasps (or claws) are used to attach traditional charms to a traditional charm bracelet. Our Rembrandt Charms are pictured with a Jump Ring. They are also available with a Lobster Clasp, for an additional fee. The lobster clasp is typically easier to attach to a charm bracelet. It also allows you to easily rearrange or add charms to an existing bracelet.
What quality can I expect from your products?
We are a precious metals house. As such, we carry only high-quality STERLING SILVER (known internationally as "925") and 10 & 14 KARAT (10K /14K) gold. All the items shown in our catalog meet this stringent requirement.
Don't be fooled by such terms as "heavy silver plate," "silver color," "gold plated," "alpaca," or "german silver." We carry only the real thing! Our gold will be stamped "14K." Our silver will also be stamped "925" or "sterling." We do carry some non precious metal items, and they will be clearly identified as such.
How accurate are your size and weight figures?
Every effort is made to give you the exact sizes and weights based on information given to us by the manufacturers. However, due to different monitor sizes and settings as well as variations in the manufacturing process, all dimensions and weights are approximate.
Can I place orders by mail or fax?
For orders by mail: Add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Fill out the necessary information at checkout then print the checkout page.
