I purchased these because they are platinum plated and my lobs are sensitive. Unfortunately, the shades of the stones looked like I received aquamarine and blue topaz. Customer service was prompt and informed the factory of the error. I am still waiting on the tracking information for when my replacement pair will arrive. Been about a week now.
