Rembrandt Open Cable Link Classic Bracelet with Toggle, Sterling Silver

Happy with the bracelet and charms, not thrilled about the packaging for shipping. Plus when I talked to customer service and asked a question about how the charms went on, the rep was not clear and I had to clarify that the charms had to be opened to go over the links. And when I did that, it would have been nice to know that I would need jewelry pliers to get it open and then reshut it. I thought there was a clasp to the charms.
