Delivery Time

Most in stock orders ship with a 1-2 business day 'lead-time'. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery time is a function of both 'lead-time' and the shipping service above. Please note that the average lead-time is not guaranteed. During our busy season(s) (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines Day) your shipment may take longer.

Same Day Shipping

Most in stock orders placed before 2pm Eastern time ship within 1-2 business-days. However, during our busy season(s) (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines Day) your shipment may take longer.

Your shipping selection at checkout determines only the shipping method of your order (e.g. Ground, Expedited, 2nd Day or Overnight). This selection does not guarantee a delivery date. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about your order's exact ship/delivery date.

Please note that in order to expedite shipments, we may ship items separately, at our discretion.

We currently offer the following shipping methods to the Continental United States:

Ground - delivered in 7-10 business days from the shipping date

Expedited - delivered in 2-4 business days from the shipping date

2nd Day Air - delivered in 2 business days from the shipping date. In case a shipment is sent out on Friday, delivery takes place on Tuesday. An order shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday.

Overnight - delivered the following business day from the shipping date. In case a shipment is sent out on Friday, delivery takes place on Monday.

Saturday Delivery - items ordered on Friday will be delivered on Saturday Please note that orders placed after business hours or on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next full business day.

Return Policy

FREE RETURNS and EXCHANGES (US Only)

For your shopping convenience, we offer a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE on our non-customized merchandise. The item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be obtained from Customer Service via phone or email up to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. Returns cannot be accepted without such authorization. Once issued, we will email the prepaid return label to the shipping address on file. The label is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Then:

  1. Simply print your label
  2. Attach the label to your package
  3. Ship your package via USPS (United States Postal Service)

The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

CREDITS

Credits are issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

While we do refund the full amount for the item(s) ordered, original shipping fees are not refundable.

Please note: Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Engraved, Etched or otherwise personalized items
  • Other customizations including, but not limited to, charm conversions to tie-tacs, lapel-pins, etc.
  • Gift boxes
